Mr Minister Oleg Balan meeting with union representatives and veterans of the war on the Dniester

The Federation of Trade Unions of Moldova "SINDLEX" was Tuesday, July 28, a meeting with the acting Interior Minister Oleg Balan and with a group of veterans of the Interior Ministry and the war on the Dniester.

During the meeting were discussed issues related to social dialogue between unions and management MAI ministry is talking about the need to support the Nistru war veterans, mostly policemen in reserve.

However, the leadership "SINDLEX" asked the police to improve working conditions, technical, material and social package according to professional risk which they incurred by the performance of the service.

Michail Laşcu, president of the Federation "SINDLEX," said about union collaboration with the leadership of the ministry, expressing the desire to see it continue as a member of the Government Oleg Balan, to ensure continuity of social dialogue in the field.

In turn, Balan gave assurances that highlighted problems remain to its attention, and meetings with unions and veterans will be frequent. "The experience is very necessary veterans who are exercising police service to combat crime and maintain public order and security", he noted.

CHILDREN REST union members during the summer

Trade Unions Federation "SINDLEX" aims to promote the summer recreation of children of union members.

This follows from the desire that a greater number of children to spend nice holidays, carrying the same time, and a healthy lifestyle in the 15 camps.

Responsible for organizing children's leisure union members are presidents of unions, associations and the trade union chairmen, chairmen of primary trade union organizations of the unit.

In this noble purpose has been allocated 400 thousand, investment in health and welfare of children, who are our future.

Federation "SINDLEX" and member organizations such as: union "Dignity" union "frontier" union "savior" and the union "future" expresses gratitude social partners to ensure the enforcement of collective bargaining and collective agreements in respect of recreation and întremării child health workers by making available free union of transport for the movement an organized roundtrip children to summer camps, ensuring traffic safety.

ŞEDINŢA COMISIEI DE CONSULTĂRI ŞI NEGOCIERI

 În cadrul Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, la data de 25 iunie 2015 a avut loc şedinţa de lucru a Comisiei pentru consultări şi negocieri colective de ramură dintre Federaţia Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” şi Ministerul Afacerilor Interne al RM.

 Această şedinţă de lucru a avut drept scop negocierea modificărilor şi completărilor la Convenţia  Colectivă (nivel ramural) pentru anii 2010-2015, care ar contribui la îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor de muncă, perfecţionarea profesională, asigurării sociale şi juridice.

La negociere din partea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne au participat: dl Oleg BABIN, viceministrul Afacerilor Interne, dl Anatol DĂNILĂ, şef al Direcţiei Generale Resurse Umane, dl Tudor PRIDA, şef al SPSAP a DFPPS a DGRU,   Elena VICOL,  specialist principal al SPS şi AP a DFP şi PS a DGRU, dna Tatiana SÎRBU, şef al DRCL a DGJ, din partea Federaţiei „SINDLEX” au fost prezenţi: Mihail LAŞCU, preşedintele Federaţiei, dna Angela OTEAN, secretar-general al Federaţiei, Alexandru GOBJILA, prim-vicepreşedinte al Federaţiei, Valeriu MALIC, preşedintele Sindicatului „SALVATORUL” şi dna Svetlana RÎBAC, şef al DOP al Federaţiei.
