Declaration of the Trade Union
Presidium of the Council of the Trade Union of Education "Viitorul" disagree and strongly condemn the position expressed in the statement of Ms. Ana Gutu July 17, 2013 to close the institutions of higher learning.
The requirement of Ana Gutu is a flagrant a human rights violation and fundamental freedoms enshrined in Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 35 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, which deprives her to represent the interests of citizens, as a member of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
The Union "Viitorul" expressed confidence that the Moldovan MPs, regardless of their political affiliation, to adequately respond to these initiatives of Ms. Ana Gutu and in the future will contribute to a more effective educational system of the Republic of Moldova.
