To protect the policemen work, as a result of the Commission's bilateral negotiations and consultations was signed the Collective agreement (branch level) for the years 2013-2018 of 24 July 2013 between the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Interior in the person of Mr. Jon Bodrug, head of the General Inspectorate of Police, police colonel and union "Demnitate" in the person of Mr. Mihail Laşcu, union president "Demnitate", Dr. of law.
Signed new Collective agreement contains provisions and clauses on labor remuneration, working conditions and safety, including performed on days off and holidays, rest mode, professional and social partnership development, guarantees for the persons elected in the trade unions and workplace unreleased core labor union activity Inspection and regulate social relations on the rights mentioned above.
Both leaders stressed the importance of the moment and need to sign this normative act, which is meant to promote primary partnership and social dialogue credible, in order to protect the social and economic interests of union members.
