Federation of Trade Unions of Moldova “SINDLEX” and the Ministry of Internal Affairs signed amendments and additions to the sectoral Collective agreement for 2010-2015
As a result of merger between trade unions “Demnitate” and “SindMAI” into the Federation “SINDLEX”, which is the legal successor in the social partnership with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was necessary to make some amendments and additions to the sectoral Collective agreement for 2010-2015.
The Joint Commission of Consultation and Negotiation of Federation and of Ministry of Internal Affairs discussed the changes proposed by parties in the Collective agreement and work out the final version about 3-months.
April 03, 2013, mr. Mihail Laşcu, the president of Federation of Trade Unions of Moldova “SINDLEX” and mr. Dorin Recean, the minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova signed amendments and additions to the sectoral Collective agreement for 2010-2015.
This act of cooperation and improvement of social dialogue with Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova will help in further protection of socio-economic rights of employees.
Have been changed articles about annual and additional leave, improved set of social guarantees, have been provided the compensation for using a personal transport during the work organization and the opportunities for the Labor Inspectorate to control the implementation of the agreement and labor legislation.
Also where included articles about participation of the Trade Unions in commissions of official investigations of the accident occured at the work place and the right to an examination of working conditions.
April 17, 2013 at the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family were registered amendments and additions to the sectoral Collective agreement for 2010-2015.
The Collective agreement was amendment for the third time, this fact confirms the constructive social dialogue, providing the necessary social protection for the employees.
