The International Conference EPU 2016

Today, June 7, 2016 Union "DEMNITATE", part of the Federation of Trade Unions "SINDLEX" hosted the International Conference EPU (Trade Union of Policemen European) attended by 34 representatives from 13 countries, union leaders and social partners of the Ministry of internal Affairs.

The theme of the conference was deducted from the date needs to police in the conditions of global cataclysms crime.
With a structured approach and multidimensional came Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Alexander JIZDAN, who spoke about the need for special legislation adjustment to the current needs of the police, the need to improve security of equipment and special means of social and salary package motivated. With proposals to strengthen professional capacities and the development of minimum European standards to ensure the policemen by embedding rules assurance and testing, consistent protection of the rights of all stakeholders and members of social - economic and labor law enforcement officers. Angela Otean, general secretary of the Federation "SINDLEX" and Trade Union 'dignity' has elucidated the issue of the social system of employees of the Ministry of internal affairs, stressing the need to complement social safeguards to improve living and working conditions of society.

Gerit van den Kamp, chairman UPR noted the importance of social partnership and the professional guild conditions to consolidate current situation.

It was elaborated a Resolution on the Conference 2016.

Resolution points:

 •Resolution 1:

 The EPU wants amongst  the Social Dialogue a Dialogue about the police profession.

  •Resolution 2:

 There is a need to create a minimum standard for police work in Europe. These standards has to involve at least equipment, training, legal protection social benefits..

  Resolution 3:

 •The EPU wants a research to the validness of the legal protection of police officers on European level.

The Organization of the International Conference 2016 EPU

In relation to the proper management of the organization of the international conference titled: "Cop(y) rights and Police protection in a century of radical changes", scheduled for June 7, in Chisinau on June 5, 2016 arrived leadership of the European Police Union in the following composition: Gerrit van de Kamp, chairman EPU, Jacqueline Hirt, general manager and Claudiu Staicu, deputy EPU.

On June 6 EPU management and Trade Union 'D' met in a joint session, in which all issues were addressed for working the conference concerned with analyzing the expectations and produce desirable impact.

PROMOVAREA COPIILOR TALENTAŢI

     Federaţia Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” la data de 3 iunie 2016 a participat la ceremonia de premiere a copiilor talentaţi ai membrilor de sindicat, care a fost organizată de Confederaţiei Naţionale a Sindicatelor din Moldova în parteneriat cu Consiliul de Femei din cadrul CNSM.

    Acest eveniment festiv a fost organizat cu prilejul marcării Zilei Internaţionale a Copiilor şi s-a desfăşurat în incinta Casei Sindicatelor la care au participat dl Oleg BUDZA, preşedintele Confederaţiei Naţionale a Sindicatelor din Moldova, dna Liuba ROTARU, preşedintele Consiliului de Femei din cadrul CNSM, dl Mihail LAŞCU, preşedintele Federaţiei „SINDLEX”, preşedinţii centrelor sindicale naţional-ramurale, copiii membrilor de sindicat şi părinţii acestora.

Federaţia Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” a fost reprezentată de Dumitriţa BODRON, Anastasia BÎNZARU, Alexandru BÎNZARU, Anastasia CARABANOV şi alţi copii din cadrul organizaţiilor membre a Federaţiei „SINDLEX”.

În cadrul ceremoniei, copiii au recitat poezii, au dansat şi au interpretat cîntece din repertoriul interpreţilor naţionali şi internaţionali. La finele evenimentului copiii au primit diplome de participare şi cadouri.

Cu acest prilej, Confederaţia Naţională a Sindicatelor din Moldova a oferit posibilitate copiilor să viziteze Teatrul Republican pentru Copii „Licurici” .
