Exchange of practices with colleagues from Bulgaria
On September 6 to 13 current Federation of Trade Unions "SINDLEX" in partnership with the Federation TUFEMI of Bulgaria, member of the European Union Police (EPU), organized and spent international seminar entitled" Establishment and development of social partnership at the unit level. Relations, obstacles, solutions. Collective bargaining practices work".
The seminar Federation "SINDLEX" was presented by managers and union leaders of member organizations of the Federation "SINDLEX": trade union "VIITORUL", trade union "DEMNITATE", trade union "SindMAI" union "SALVATORUL" and union "FRONTIERA".
TUFEMI federation from Bulgaria was presented by union leaders of Varna Region, regional organizations- representatives of the Police Department, Fire Department and Rescuers Unit, local organs of social and education sectors, as well as president of the International Association of Insurance accident victims.
The objectives of the seminar was to exchange experience negotiating collective agreements at the unit level, ways of solving socio-economic problems of union members, the importance of training, as well as other issues facing the social partners in those areas. He exchanged views on the obstacles that occur during social partnerships, as well as solutions based on the principles of social dialogue.
Towards the end of the seminar participants concluded that international cooperation is a step towards more effective collaboration, since Moldova keep pace towards European integration.
