Trastable social partnership
On 3th Octomber, 2013 were held meeting of the leaderships of Trade unions "DEMNITATE" - Mihail Lascu, Alexandru Gobjila, Angela Otean and Tatiana Romanenco and of the General Inspectorate of Police of Moldova - Ion Bodrug, Viorel Cernautean and Alexandru Ganaciuc. It was a communication on a new level, more trustable.
They discussed such sensitive issues as Regulations On accounting overtime and work on weekends and public holidays as well as the practical application of Art. 156 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Moldova: Salaries by combining professions (positions) and the performance of duties of a temporarily absent worker.
The parties agreed to authorize the financial institutions which are serving the subordinated units, to keep track of overtime hours and a salaries of appropriate journals attendance.
At the same time, the management of the General Inspectorate of Police and the Trade Unions «DEMNITATE» met with the President of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, Oleg Budza, who also is interested in improving of the socio-economic security of policemen and he noted the importance of a good image of the police in the eyes of the Moldovan society.
All participants agreed that such meetings should be regular, that is necessary for establishing the closer cooperation and transparency.
