Viziuni sindicale vizavi instituţiile preşcolare
Ieri, 22 octombrie a.c. preşedintele Sindicatului Angajaţilor din Învăţămănt şi Educaţie "VIITORUL" Mihail Laşcu a participat la emisiunea "День за днем" la postul Publika TV. Oaspeţii emisiunii au discutat despre un şir de probleme din domeniul sistemului educaţional din Republica Moldova.
Instruirea liderilor sindicali al Sindicatului „Salvatorul”
Conform planului educaţional,pe data de 19 octombrie curent, în incinta Institutului Muncii , Federaţia Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” în comun cu Sindicatul „Salvatorul”, au petrecut un seminar de instruire a liderilor sindicali cu genericul: „Rolul liderului sindical în promovarea dialogului social în baza contractului colectiv de muncă, încheiat la nivel de unitate”.
Obiective seminarului au fost,instruirea liderilor sindicali la comportamentul formării abilităţilor de negociere şi dialog social pentru un parteneriat social durabil.
La seminar a participat Preşedintele Federaţiei dl Mihail Laşcu, care în discursul său a menţionat rolul parteneriatului social în realizarea raporturilor de muncă şi necesitatea dialogului social în vederea apărării şi protejării intereselor social-economice ale membrilor de sindicat.
Vicepreşedintele Federaţiei „SINDLEX” Tatiana Romanenco, s-a referit la necesitarea instruirii liderilor sindicali, deoarece soluţionarea problemelor cu care se confruntă liderii sindicali in activitatea lor zi de zi depinde în mare măsură de gradul de pregătire şi de competenţa liderilor sindicali, de abilităţile lor de a stabili un dialog social cu partenerii sociali în realizarea raporturilor de muncă.
Despre dezvoltarea capacităţilor liderilor de a consolida organizaţiile sindicale primare în activizarea mişcării sindicaliste, recrutarea noilor membrii de sindicat a vorbit preşedintele Sindicatului „Salvatorul” Vitalie Mutaf,
Participanții la seminar și-au exprimat mulțumirea pentru participarea la seminar, tematica fiind necesară şi actuală. Ei au menţionat, de asemenea, necesitatea de a continua instruirea liderilor organizaţiilor sindicale din cadrul Federaţiei Sindicatelor “SINDLEX” asupra altor tematici, care ar contribui la perfecţionarea liderilor sindicali în exercitarea funcţiei de reprezentant şi apărător al drepturilor şi intereselor membrilor de sindicat.
CONDIŢII DE MUNCĂ MAI BUNE
Sindicatul „DEMNITATE” salută eforturile întreprinse de conducerea Inspectoratului General al Poliţiei al MAI în colaborare cu partenerii de dezvoltare, pentru dotarea cu echipament, tehnică de calcul şi vehicule.
Toate acestea vor contribui la îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor de muncă şi vor eficientiza activitatea poliţiştilor zi de zi.
Negocieri la frontieră pe marginea Contractului Colectiv de Muncă
La data de 17 octombrie 2017, în incinta Inspectoratului General al Poliţiei de frontieră s-a desfăşurat prima şedinţă a comisiei pentru dialog social ”angajator-angajaţi” privind modificarea şi completarea Contractului Colectiv de Muncă, încheiat între Departamentul Poliţiei de Frontieră şi Asociaţia Sindicală „ Frontiera” pentru anii 2014-2017.
Părţile au discutat pe marginea modificărilor şi completărilor propuse, identificînd necesitatea de îmbunătăţire a revendicărilor care sporesc protecţia social - economică a angajaţilor poliţiei de frontieră. Deasemena, au fost discutate impidimentele care stopează realizarea în proactică a unor prevederi ce acordă drepturi suplimentare în vederea drepturilor de muncă.
Următoarea şedinţă este preconizată pentru 24 octombrie.
National Trade Unions Federation of Police and Contractual employees of Romania visited colleagues from Republic of Moldova
On October 13-15 National Trade Unions Federation of Police and Contractual employees of Romania in persons of president Mr. Dumitru Coarnă and treasurer of NTUFPCE Mr. Claudiu Staicu visited Trade Unions Federation of Moldova “SINDLEX”.
As a result of multi-year productive collaboration, the parties signed a new collaboration agreement between the Federations for the next 5 years, discussed issues that will underpin cooperation development in several trade unions, member organizations of federations, and had meetings with head staff of NTUCM, GIP, MIA.
Thus, a friendly meeting in the family of trade unions was the meeting with the president of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, Mr. Oleg Budza, who highly appreciated the collaboration relations established for several years between the unionists from the force organs of the two countries, which on his opinion, contributes substantially to the improving of the working conditions of employees with special status in the branch. He noted that Federation «SINDLEX» has made great efforts to strengthen social dialogue. As a result, a number of socio-economic benefits have been obtained for employees, trade union members from law enforcement agencies, and the Confederation will continue to support the Federation's efforts in this direction.
The visit to the General Inspectorate of the Police and the meeting with the head staff of the Police in the person of the Deputy Head of GIP Mr. Gheorghe Cavcaliuc and the Head of the Human Resources Department, Mr. Andrei Zagoreanu, focused on the opportunities of trade unions to defend the rights of employees with special status in case of overtime work or work at night and on holidays. The Romanian trade unionists have expressed their views on the necessity of maintaining a clear and credible dialogue between the social partners, which in fact will bring better changes through regulations in the Collective Convention and the Collective Labor Agreement.
The meeting at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the opening for communication of Mr. Alexandru Jizdan, Minister of the IA, impressed our Romanian colleagues, noting the existence of a classic partnership, based on respect and concrete facts. Transparency, constructive communication and decisions taken to improve working and salaries conditions of civil servants with special status, show that social partnership in the MIA is well established and dynamic.
Mr. Mihail Laşcu, President of the Trade Unions Federation of Moldova "SINDLEX", stressed the importance of working with counterparts from Romania, which contributes to facilitate exchange of experience and the application of good practices, as well as to the consolidation of the international syndicalist movement.
