Sistemul unitar de salarizare în învăţământ general.
La data de 22 ianuarie 2019, în cadrul Liceului Teoretic „Vasile Alecsandri” din or. Ungheni s-a desfăşurat seminarul instructiv cu genericul: „Aspectele implementării Legii nr.270 din 23.11.2018 privind sistemul unitar de salarizare în sectorul bugetar şi a Hotărârii Guvernului RM nr.1231 pentru punerea în aplicare a prevederilor acestei legi”.
La acest seminar au participat preşedinţii organizaţiilor sindicale primare şi membrii comitetelor sindicale din cadrul Asociaţiei sindicale raionale Ungheni, care s-au informat despre noile prevederi ale Legi privind sistemul unitar de salarizare în sectorul bugetar.
La lucrările acestui seminar a luat parte secretarul general al Sindicatului „VIITORUL” Alexandru Gobjila, care a informat auditoriul despre: noţiunile de bază ale Legii nr. 270 din 23.11.2018, categoriile de salariaţi în privinţa căror se extinde Legea; componentele salariului lunar: partea fixă, partea variabilă, sporuri suplimente.
Totodată, dl Alexandru Gobjilă a dat explicaţie la unele probleme ale salarizării angajaţilor în condiţii speciale, la clasele de salarizare a personalului didactic din instituţiile de învăţământ general.
Participanţilor la seminar au explicat metodologia implementării prevederilor Regulamentului cu privire la modul de derminare a periodei de vechime în muncă pentru stabilire treptelor de salarizare, conform anexei nr.2 din Hotărârea nr.1231, Regulamentului-cadru cu privire la modul de stabilire a sporului pentru performanţă personalului din instituţiile de învăţămât general, conforn anexei nr.3,
Regulamentului cu privire la tipurile şi modul de stabilire a sporului cu caracter specific, conform anexei nr.4, criteriile şi modul de raportare a instituţiilor de învăţământ general la categoria instituţiei, indicatorii principali care vor fi luaţi în calcul la nivelui de manifestare a criteriilor de evaluare, în raport cu cerinţele celui evaluat.
La fel, dl Alexandru Gobjila a răspuns la întrebările parvenite.
Ajutor social pentru perioada rece a anului
Mihail LAȘCU, președintele Federației «SINDLEX» la data de 18 ianuarie 2019 a fost invitatul emisiunii «ДЕНЬ ЗА ДНЕМ» unde împreună cu primarul com. Budești, dna Nina Costiuc au discutat despre noua inițiativa a Guvernului cu privire la ajutorul social pentru familiile defavorizate în perioada rece a anului, care va constitui 350 lei.
Această inițiativă vine să sporească susținerea socială a familiilor social vulnerabile, inclusiv a familiilor, care au în componența sa pensionari cu pensii mai mici de 2000 mii de lei.
Totodată, dl LAȘCU a menționat că, este foarte salutabilă inițiativa colaboratorilor inspectoratelor de poliție, a corpului didactic, care prin formă de voluntariat susțin pensionarii și familiile nevoiașe, aducînd bucurie prin aceste acțiuni.

Ajutor social
La data de 16 ianuarie 2019, Mihail LAŞCU, preşedintele Federaţiei Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” a fost invitatul emisiunii televizate “День за днем” cu Victoria Criucova.
La emisiunea dată a participat și dna Valentina BULIGA, președintele Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale.
În cadrul emisiunii s-a pus in discuţie - atitudinea şi grija statului faţă de vîrstnicii care au pensia mai mică de 1589 lei, invalizi și păturile sociale defavorizate.
La fel, s-a discutat și despre ajutorul unic în valoare de 600 lei, oferit persoanelor în ajunul sărbătorilor de iarnă, care au pensii mai mici de 2000 lei.

The next question in the agenda was the approval of the additional agreement to the Collective Labor Agreement of Association of union Ocniţa. The amendments refer to the chapters: "Working time and rest" and "Labor remuneration". After the changes were presented, a discussion was held on them. An additional majority of the votes was approved by an absolute majority of votes.
The President of Association "Viitorul" Ocnita, ms. Sturzinschi Ecaterina, continued with the report on the use of financial sources in 2018. Ms. Sturzinschi made a detailed presentation of the spending of the financial union sources for the activities carried out according to the activity plan strengthened by the council council association council.
Also according to the plan of activity are the organization during the winter holidays of activities for the employees in the field and their children: The Spartachiada of the workers in the education and the matinee for the children of the trade unionists "When mom is next to me, I feel better" .
Finally, a synthesis of the work agenda was drawn up and activities were set for the following year. Proposals of activities were submitted and objectives set for implementation.
