Ajutor social
La data de 16 ianuarie 2019, Mihail LAŞCU, preşedintele Federaţiei Sindicatelor din Moldova „SINDLEX” a fost invitatul emisiunii televizate “День за днем” cu Victoria Criucova.
La emisiunea dată a participat și dna Valentina BULIGA, președintele Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale.
În cadrul emisiunii s-a pus in discuţie - atitudinea şi grija statului faţă de vîrstnicii care au pensia mai mică de 1589 lei, invalizi și păturile sociale defavorizate.
La fel, s-a discutat și despre ajutorul unic în valoare de 600 lei, oferit persoanelor în ajunul sărbătorilor de iarnă, care au pensii mai mici de 2000 lei.

The totals and projects at the crossroads of years
At the end of the year, when we become accustomed to making the totals of the period that is leaving, and to draw some plans for the coming year, the trade unionists from Ocniţa district also made a total.
Thus, on December 15th, in the premises of LT ,, Gh. The winner "held the meeting of the Ocniţa rayon association council of the "Viitorul" union.
The speech of Mr. Laşcu constituted the informing of the union leaders with the new salary law no. 270 of 23 November 2018.
"The present law regulates the establishment of a unitary wage system in the budgetary sector, it represents a general framework that includes the principles, rules and procedures for determining the salary rights in relation to the hierarchy of functions in the budgetary sector. The purpose of this law is to ensure a a transparent, fair, attractive, manageable, pay-as-you-go, staffing system capable of reflecting and rewarding performance, where basic salaries are the main element of staff remuneration. "
The next question in the agenda was the approval of the additional agreement to the Collective Labor Agreement of Association of union Ocniţa. The amendments refer to the chapters: "Working time and rest" and "Labor remuneration". After the changes were presented, a discussion was held on them. An additional majority of the votes was approved by an absolute majority of votes.
The President of Association "Viitorul" Ocnita, ms. Sturzinschi Ecaterina, continued with the report on the use of financial sources in 2018. Ms. Sturzinschi made a detailed presentation of the spending of the financial union sources for the activities carried out according to the activity plan strengthened by the council council association council.
Also according to the plan of activity are the organization during the winter holidays of activities for the employees in the field and their children: The Spartachiada of the workers in the education and the matinee for the children of the trade unionists "When mom is next to me, I feel better" .
Finally, a synthesis of the work agenda was drawn up and activities were set for the following year. Proposals of activities were submitted and objectives set for implementation.

Proiectele sociale implementate de guvernare
Dl Mihail LAŞCU, preşedintele Federaţiei „SINDLEX” a participat împreună cu preşedintele raionului Rezina, dna Eleonora GRAUR, directorul Casei Naţionale de Asigurări Sociale dna Laura GRECU, sociologul Ian LISNEVSCHI la emisiunea “REPLICA”, care a avut loc la data de 16 decembrie 2018.
În cadrul acestei emisiuni participanţii au vorbit despre proiectele sociale implementate de Guvern şi acţiunile concrete care se întreprind pentru continuitatea acestora, în beneficiul cetăţenilor.
Toate aceste proiecte care au fost realizate, nu sunt promisiuni electorale, oamenii le simt zi de zi prin drumuri reparate, prin proiectul “Prima Casă”, prin majorarea salariului, pensiilor, prin valorizarea pensiilor, au spus interlocutorii.
